About Our Tocilog
Tocilog is a silog breakfast, named for its three parts: tocino, sinangag and itlog. Tocino is Filipino cured pork, sinangag is garlic fried rice, and itlog is egg. It is a favourite breakfast across the Philippines.
Our tocilog is cooked home-style in the Mama Nors Kitchen kitchen. Guests often praise our authentic Filipino food, friendly service and great value.
Made Home-Style by Mama Nor
Mama Nors Kitchen started with Mama Nor's cooking for a church fundraiser in 2015 and opened on Leila Avenue on April 1, 2016. Mama Nor is still our main cook, so every plate is made the way she makes it at home.
