About Our Tapsilog
Tapsilog takes its name from its three parts: tapa, sinangag and itlog. Tapa is Filipino-style beef, sinangag is garlic fried rice, and itlog is egg. Together they make the classic silog plate that many Filipino families eat for breakfast.
