About Our Bicol Express
Bicol Express is named after the Bicol region of the Philippines. It is traditionally a pork dish cooked in coconut milk with chili, and it is best eaten with plenty of steamed rice.
Bicol Express is part of our menu of traditional Filipino dishes, alongside adobo, menudo and dinuguan. Guests often mention our authentic flavour and generous portions.

Mama Nor has cooked Filipino food in Winnipeg since 1991 and is still our main cook. Every dish on our menu comes from the same family kitchen that opened on Leila Avenue in 2016.
